PRISHTINA TRAINIG CAMP

An immersive 4-day HYROX Training Camp, designed for performance-driven individuals and athletes of all levels. 


Prishtina Training Camp combines structured training, professional coaching, recovery, and cultural experience in the heart of Kosovo. Whether you are preparing for an upcoming competition or looking to elevate your fitness level, this camp offers a complete and organized training environment. 


The experience includes structured training sessions and performance workshops, complemented by 

a premium hospitality setup with hotel accommodation. A daily healthy breakfast is provided at the hotel, while lunch is offered in collaboration with selected partners, supporting performance and recovery throughout the camp. 


Athletes train in a motivating group setting while benefiting from scalable sessions and personalized guidance, creating an optimal environment for progress and performance.

The camp is hosted in partnership with Courtyard by Marriott Prishtina,

a premium hotel located in the city center.

Participants enjoy modern, comfortable rooms, daily breakfast, access to fitness and wellness facilities, and a calm recovery friendly environment perfect for balancing high performance training with rest and relaxation.

Athletes can expect two structured training sessions per day, combining performance training, strength & conditioning, HYROX-specific workouts, and outdoor running sessions.

Training takes place at partner gyms and outdoor locations, including park runs and city runs.

The program also includes recovery-focused sessions, mobility work, and optional cultural experiences such as city walks and local exploration.

All sessions are scalable and adapted to individual levels, making the camp suitable for both competitive athletes and motivated beginners.

Throughout the camp, athletes benefit from performance-focused nutrition designed to support training and recovery.

A daily healthy breakfast at Courtyard by Marriott Prishtina is included.

In addition, one performance-focused lunch per day at Green & Protein is included, offering high-quality, balanced meals tailored for active athletes.

Group dinners and a farewell dinner are organized to strengthen community and wrap up the camp experience.

Recovery is a key pillar of the camp, focused on optimizing performance and accelerating recovery.

Participants benefit from advanced recovery sessions at Onze Recovery, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, and compression therapy, alongside daily access to hotel facilities such as sauna, pool, and cold water immersion.

This combined approach supports faster recovery, reduced fatigue, and consistent high-level performance throughout the camp
